About Kokma Toys and Designer Amy C Wilson

Kokma Toy Designer, Amy C Wilson was born in Albany, New York. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Techonology in New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Toy Design.  After graduation, Amy worked for various toy companies as a soft toy and doll designer. 

She began her career as a fine artist after moving to New York City in the 1992. In 2007, Amy began to design and produce unique plush toys and cloth dolls and they became an instant hit in the art toy-collecting community. All of the plush toys are personally handmade by Amy in her studio.
